Each year, Meals on Wheels of Greenville delivers an emergency meal kit to each of its 1500+ homebound clients throughout Greenville County. These meal kits are essential during emergency circumstances in which hot, nutritious meals cannot be delivered for safety reasons. Each kit includes two shelf-stable meals that are to be consumed when Meals on Wheels volunteers are not able to deliver, ensuring the homebound throughout Greenville County remain fed.
